help!! how to install regshot 1.8.1?

i've uninstall my RegShot 1.7 n i wish to install regshot 1.8.1. but the problem is after i've read the read me. i don't know what it is trying to tell me.. so could anyone shows me how to install. this is very urgent... this is because i've uninstall the regshot 1.7 n i'm in half of the regshot 1.8.1....:) pls help....
