hp deskjet 990cxi and XP

On my XO operating system the help icon for my printer HP 990cxi does not appear on the desktop. I cannot find an XP driver for this device. Does anyone know where I can download ann XP driver?

If not can anyone tell me how to program the printer I to print on thicker paper such as labels
