I'm not sure where to post this, but my Logitech QuickCommunicate Deluxe Camera Mike Disables my SoundBlaster X-fi Extremegamer's sound. Oddly enough, it doesn't disable Midi Sounds. I can get it to work if I disable the USb mike in Device Manager. I have Vista Home edition with a Realtek Mobo Integrated Sound too.
