Task Manager Problem!

Alright I Got This Virous in my Comp.. And i think i Removed It With Avast, But my Task Manager Wont Open .. Every Time I try to open it sais " TASK MANAGER HAS BEEN DISABLED BY ADMINISTRATOR" . Any One know how to Fix This ****?
