Trojan-Spy.Win32.Bzub.btx makes me go crazy!

Hi, I'm new here!

I have a problem with this Trojan! Kaspersky 6.0 has detected it but can do nothing with it!
I tried running Kaspersky in SafeMode but it did nothing!
I tried removing this Trojan with Unlocker, Remove on Reboot and manually but nothing happened.
Then I googled this Trojan and found this board!
I hope you can help me!

oh, I forgot to write that it is in C:\windows\system32\aclu.dll!

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as Attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the Panda Antirootkit scan.
