Identifying unknown device

I've just finished re-installing XP Pro and have a yellow question mark in device manger. For the life of me I don't know what the device is. I used a little program on a friends laptop a few weeks ago that would list all your hardware and if the drivers were corrcectly installed. I'm wondering what it's called, and if anyone can come up with some suggestions. I think it had 32 in it's name, and the name was a little weird.
Thanks.
