VGA Driver for Toshiba P4010

I am using a toshiba P4010 which I recently formatted. I tried installing the ta8mdm_24549 modem for my VGA to work properly but when it gets to about 80% or so, it stops installing and i've tried all I can to resolve the problem. Please help me!
What I meant is whenever I install the ta8mdm_24549 modem I get no problem with my VGA. But i just formatted my machine but anytime I try installing the program it get to about 80% or so and stops. when I check my device manger it says that no drvers have been installed for my VGA

I'm pretty sure that you do not have to install any modems to get VGA working.

Please explain a bit more. What is wrong? What did you download from where? What did you do? What happened?
