Where to get a new motherboard??

I have a Compaq C300 with Celeron M. Last year I got a Centrino to replace the Celeron but didnt know at the time that the Centrino is socket 478 and Celeron is socket 479. Anyone know where I can get a mobo that doesnt cost a fortune?
