Alright.. My buddy wants to upgrade the ram in his notebook its a acer aspire 5570z it currently has one gig of ram . I was wondering exactly if anyone could tell me what ram it takes and he was gonna order it off a new egg. he was gonna get 2gb of ram and take out the two 512 that are in.... if anyone can help Appreciate it Much!

Do the following:
turn it upside down and with a find x-head screwdriver remove the panel covering the memory chips. Look at the modules and it will tell you what speed they are (as well as all the other guff). When you order the new ones, make sure you order the same speed memory - it should be obvious from what you see in the PC and what you see listed on line.
