Hi i have a A8N32-SLI DELUXE and i wanted to ask if the AI N.O.S in the bios is any good for overclocking i couldnt find much information on the internet. ?

i haven't personally used the AI N.O.S. but i don't think its a substitute to actually messing around yourself with the BIOS to find the best overclock and gaining the most out of your system, if you can, i think you should avoid it.
