Rearranging items on MSN home page?

It's probably simple, but in spite of diligent searching I can't find the path to a menu that allows me to change the order of my MSN(IE7) homepage items in their respective columns. (I want to put the most important ones above the rest. I can remember using such a menu that allowed moving items up or down, but I sure can't find it now. I keep finding MS info that refers to that ability, but no path to it.)

I'd be quite grateful for any help on this.

Could find nothing applicable there, Bobbye. I'm still stuck and no one else has responded. Grrr!

I don't know if you will have the same options in IE7- for instance, here's how to do this in IE6:
Create a Customized Home Page for My MSN:
From Microsoft: http://tinyurl.com/hqlxe

I don't know if that even allows the order to be changed. Most likely MSN has a format where you can change specific items in categories but possibly not the order of them. Have a look, as this is for My MSN and see if you can adapt to IE7. Unfortunately, some features that worked in IE6 do not work in IE7.
