Posting an image from PAINT

I have an image saved in Microsoft Paint..
How can I get it into a forum posting?
I cannt Copy/Paste
It is saved on my comp as a bmp..

So, how can I paste or upload into a forum that doesnt have an upload button?

If you scroll down past the first set of Submit and Preview buttons you'll see the Manage Attachments button just below and to the left of them.
