Integrated card + PCI card...work together?

I hope my title pretty much spelled it out.

I'm asking if there's a way to get my integrated card to work together with my PCI card rather than just sitting there and doing nothing except giving me another screen.

This might be a pipe dream...but it was worth a shot.

Not possible, you can only use one or the other.

That depends upon your motherboard.

No it doesn't, you cannot sli pci graphics cards no matter what mobo you have. 2 pci cards can work alongside oneanother but not together.

Im not even sure you can have two PCI cards working together, I think it is PCIE only, using SLI or CrossFire

i was only asking because i've heard of all kinds of crazy things being done with PCs. all kinds of mods exist, so it didn't seem so outrageous of a question to me. i thought that perhaps there was some neat bit of programming, or some method that would force the computer to combine the efforts of the graphics chips.

but, like i said. i was afraid that would be the answer i got. this doesn't surprise me in the least.
