HELP! My MP3 won't sync

I am needing to know what I need to do to be able to sync my sylvania SMP1015 MP3 player. I am using Microsoft windows media player 11 and it tells me that MY player can't be sync'd right now to try later and that maybe my player needs to be reset. How do I fix this Problem?

Have you rebooted to see if that rectified the issue? Sometimes that is all it takes. There are a number of people who have had issues with WMP 11 and their MP3 players.

I make this suggestion: Go and join www.anythingbutipod.com and see if someone there can help you. Check out their forums specifically "Other MP3 Players" (anyway, that is what I think it is called). There may be someone who can help.
