BSOD - Stop 0xD1 3112r.sys

I cannot run my computer, except in Safe mode. Even in Safe Mode when I try to run Ad-aware it gives the same BSOD, which is as follows:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x0000002A, 0x00000006, 0x00000000, 0xF8610AFB)

Si3112r.sys - Address F8610AFB base at f8609000, Datestamp 3ed7e3b9

Memory Dump Completed.

This all started when I tried to troubleshoot google redirecting me to different links, so installed ad-aware, AVG to try to get rid of the problem. when I tried to run any of the programs it BSOD's. Now I just have 30 seconds or so before it reboots.

I went to the event viewer and found the system errors were event 1003, which means nothing to me, but I guess its important from the many posts I've read. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, I ran Memtest for 13 hours and didn't have any errors. However, I've found that my RAM isn't the best suited for my board and plan to replace with the Asus Suggested Corsair once problem is solved.
