Problems with new Radeon 2600 hd pro

hi everyone. I'm having big problems with my new radeon 2600 hd pro AGP. I cannot get any image using windows media player. It only shows the skin, but with a green backgroun. You can see it is running but with no image. Can somebody help please?

What kind of videos are you trying to run? DVDs? Also, what operating system are you running?
