Video Card Problems

I think im having trouble with my video card. i installed a game today called gearhead garage great game.. i used to play when i was younger. anyway the game loads fine and the loggin screen is fine. after that i cant see too much its all distorted has 4 non clear pictures all over theplace i cant see anything please help me out and tell me what the problem is ill be waiting thanks
