Speedfan question....

speed fan is showing my "internal temp" to be @ 205+F. this cant be correct lol.
is it just a flaw in the program? everything else showing lower than 93F or 34C

Speedfan sucks. Seriously.

It works well for certain hardwares, and beyond that its just an attempt at reading sensors. So if you see a temp that is obviously wrong, just ignore it.
