PCW (Personal Computer World) refers to TechSpot for an article on disabling Windows 2000 Services in this months issue (Page 184, main Windows 2000 section). This is the oldest PC magazine in the UK and one of the oldest surving ones in the world (25 or so years old now).

TechSpot is growing at a fantastic rate and deserves to be recognized. When I signed up a little over a year ago, there were about 1200 members, now almost 8500.

Congrats to Julio, Thomas, and everyone else who make TS a great place to hang around, and get help when you need it.

just out of curiosity, is PCW in anyway related to the PC World printed in North America?

None at all I belive, somekid007. My assumption is based on the different logos of Personal Computer World(PCW) and PC World.
