Vista ulimate (64) cant see my logitech g11.

Vista ulimate (64) cant see my logitech g11. I have a pretty nice build and so i wanted to get a new keyboard and move on from my old saitek, so i got a g11..... if i only knew what was ahead. this keyboard no matter what will not work. if anyone has ever had this problem please help.

Not sure if you'd even need them but, they're out there so I suppose it's worth mentioning.
