Bluescreen error oxoooooof4 mini.dmp error

I cannot start computer in normal mode at all it restarts its self the only way to get in is safe modes. I have tried system restore it didnt do any good either.the error message i get is

it says something about mini.dmp helps describe it. help please last thing i want to do is complete restore
