Computer gets hot when in Facebook games

I included img when idle and one when in games is it running to hot and if not when freezes up

Probably Flash. Flash eats up a ton of CPU.

Check that you Flash is up to date.

Task Manager screenshot might have been more helpful.

Also, Alt + Print Screen captures just the window you want, rather than everything.

Late reply, but yes you can clearly see that the plugin container is using 53 CPU, which contains flash.

click on "show processes from all users" that will show everything including system programs
