I had some problems with my Word lately, so I decided to reinstall it.
Everything works fine except for one thing. I have several Templates and Add-ins attached to my word. They all come with a Toolbar, but some of those Toolbars do not display, and I can't select them in the list of toolbars because hey are not in it!
Does anybody know what might cause this? I already erased my normal.dot so that word creates a new one, but it didn't solve my problem...

Sorry I went through all that site you gave me the link to and I tried some of the solutions they propose. But they seem to be aimed at a word that doesn't start correctly! My word 2003 starts and works without any problems except for those toolbars not showing up! The Templates Add-ins are implemented correctly but their toolbars still won't show... still need help

You may need to re-download those add-ons.

But I wonder if you could right click on the grey area on the toolbar and then customize the toolbar
