No overclock options?

ok first off i'm trying our over clocking for my first time. i'm not going in blind though been doing my research for about 2 months now and before i try anything on my new system i wanted to try it on this old one. good start unfriendly bios though. i have absolutly no overclocking options at all in there. been threw it countless times and the onlything i can do is view my current clock speed can't access it at all . so i ran everest trial verson and it says my system is:
(it's old 01')
Compaq persario 6
AMD Athlon XP 2200+ 1.8Ghz
FIC AM35 mother board (km266-8235)
Pheonix awards bios v6.00PG
system bios date 3/4/03
videos bios date 1/25/06
1024 sdram(2x512) 3-3-3-8

is this program overclocking for me freely? it's posting new rating for hardware too. i thank everyone for the help to come i've been reading post and i hope to be up and running a newer confident system soon'ishly.

Not likely. To my knowledge, your system or board does not overclock at all.

is there any third party applications that i can overclock my cpu with? i know i can do my video card and it's running quite nicely. i just wanted to try and get a taste of it. as an electrician i'm interested in the components and will definetly make this a passion of mine. i'm generally young just hit 20 and i want to keep on top of the game and learn and love the trade of electrons in general. and making a good BOOM! now and again's always a top favorite. plus i always help out my family and friends to build new systems.

~my new systems going to be a
~thermaltake sword m liquid cooled
~crossfire motherboard
~amd 64x2 6400+
~8g ddr2 800 memory (2X2BY2)
~500g 10000 rpm raptor x3 raid5
~vista 64bit or xp64 undecided leaning towards vista more by the day)
~Thermaltake Toughpower W0133RU ATX12V / EPS12V 1200W Power Supply 115/230 V CE, CB, TUV, FCC, UL, CUL, and BSMI certified
~and while i'm at it i need some opinions on these cards. which of these should i sli up? for HIGH END GAMING AND GRAPHICS PROGRAMS
eather 2:
~ ASUS EN8800GT/HTDP/1G/A GeForce 8800GT 1GB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card
OR
~ EVGA 640-P2-N829-A3 GeForce 8800GTS SSC 640MB 320-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

Leadtek PX9600GT GeForce 9600GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

That would be unwise.
The motherboard is a FIC as a FIC AM35. It has a Phoenix Award BIOS... so you can look it up by the board manufacturer.

But when a board is designed NOT to be clocked so as to prevent harm to the system and cause warranty problems, they make it pretty difficult to do any clocking.
A motherboard must be designed to be overclocked, before you can overclock it, and you need the parameters as issued by the manufacturer, or you can quickly ruin it.
That is a basic budget computer designed for Office software and internet.
To meddle with the board or the video graphics output puts the power supply and the motherboard at risk.

Why not get a different motherboard and power supply? Or get a good used gamer and refurbish it?
