Windows Error Report

Using Win XP Pro SP2 and recently got this error report.

BCCode : 24 BCP1 : 001902FE BCP2 : B7BE92B8 BCP3 : B7BE8FB4
BCP4 : 8054AFD2 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

What does it mean and how do I correct the 'problem'?

System specs
Start off with the basics, check your HDD with CHKDSK and test your RAM with Memtest86.
