Unexpected system shutdown after installing any video converter

the computer pops out a system shutdown error message every time i open any video converter. the problem continued to exist when i tried to open super video converter as well. is the problem a virus or a system conflict or what? pls help...

Note: If you go to Start->Control Panel->System->(The bottom)Settings(Button)->(Untick)Automatically Restart
You will be able to see the message
 
well...the msg flashed really quickly and i couldnt catch exactly what it was except something about system needs to shut down...
