Laptop Graphic Card Change?

May i know whether laptop can replace latest graphic card.
mines laptop is Dell Vosto 1500,Nvidia 8600M GT 256mb, 4GHZ,XP service 2
just assume that i wanna replace it to Nvidia 8800 GT turbo 512Mb.
is that possible?
