Computer booting up in SAFE MODE

First off, Hello all I am a newbie . I have a problem with an older computer. I just put a different printer with it. And installed the files to run it. Now when I boot the puter up it is going into safe mode. Can't seem to fix the problem. What should I do? I am sure it is a simple task but just can't remember how to fix it. Can someone help?

Right before it shows the Windows Loading screen (the first Windows screen you see with the loading bar), press F8. Then select "Normal Boot"
