These guys deserve a vote for support beyond the call of duty!
I always give credit where credit is due (and shout when it is not!) so I would like you all to log on to http://www.simms.co.uk/news/2008-03/...ng_round1.html and give these guys a vote as a gesture of thanks from me. Not only have they given excellent service in replacing memory but they also had to pay out because I failed to put enough postage on the envelope!
