Disk Cleaner

When I do a disk cleanup on my laptop, no matter how many times I do it I still end up with 1,248,402 not cleaned up. Everything is check marked. Any ideas? Thank you.

two thoughts;

did you empty the recycle bin?

do you have more than one User Login?
(run cleanup from EVERY login, including the hidden ADMIN from Safe Mode)

Yes, my recycle bin is empty and I'm the only person ever on the laptop.

yes use cleanup or ccleaner every loing:grinthumb . It far more better u use this tools in safe mode. freeware.
