Hi there,
I had some problems with my Vista and my thread is still pending. Now, I understand that this site is volunteer based but you should have different support teams set for different times of the day because I've done as asked but no one has got back also I made another thread for a seperate issue (however the side affect) of the first issue but no one has replied to that. Overall, I think this site is impressive and a good resource for us noobs! TS Rocks
