What do you mean 32 bit? If you are running a 32 bit operating system that is what it is telling you, your processor is 64 bits but that won't show up unless your running a 64 bit OS. Your processor is a single core running at 2.0 Ghz which is ok but not the best for gaming, your graphics card also isn't exactly top of the line, its a budget DX10 card so I wouldn't be expecting to be playing the newer games maxed out.

If it's socket 754 it's 2.2ghz. Either way it's really not slow. Your 2400 pro is the problem. Step up to at 9600gt or 3850 and gaming will be good.
