Windows XP installation problem

Hi .. I somehow managed to proceed further and now i am getting this error:

Setup cannot install to the selected partition.
You can only install to GPT disks on IA-64 machines and MBR disks on X-86 machines.

You can only upgrade installations on GPT disks on IA-64 machines and MBR disks on X-86 machines.

Any suggestions ??

You cannot use a GPT drive to boot an x64-based computer or an x86-based computer with a legacy BIOS. Therefore, computers running these operating systems must be equipped with more than one physical driver to allow the use of the GPT disk format.

Basically remove the Partition fully before installing Windows (using your Windows Xp CD)
