Attach the actual .dmp files to your post (when you have a sufficient post count). They are located in C:\Windows\Minidump.

Test your RAM with Memtest86 for a minimum of 7 passes. If that turns out to be error free, test your VPU RAM and CPU cache.

Great thank you! I've used Memtest86 before.

How do I test VPU RAM and CPU cache?

Heh, the easiest way would be to replace them and see if your problems go away. I would suggest running Memtest86 again, on each RAM module individually for 7+ passes. If you're still not getting any errors, then focus on other components.

Not sure what to suggest, honestly. Nearly any piece of hardware can cause BSOD's, and, I'm not sure what would specifically draw the memory_corruption error apart from corrupt memory and maybe drivers accessing improper RAM addresses. You can try uninstalling and reinstalling all of your systems latest drivers, and perhaps update your BIOS.

Maybe someone else will have more light to shed on your situation.
