1 long and 2 short beep

can any help me to fixe my asus p4vp-mx motherboard i try to change a new video card the result is 1long and 2 short beep plz help for dis thanks
 
Without looking up the actual beep code and just working of the reality that most beep codes are related to RAM or video card errors along with the fact that you just changed your video card, it's safe to say that's the problem. Somehow, I think you realize that, though ;).

Reseat the card and try clearing your CMOS.

there is a buid in video cards and i also clear the bios but the problems still there
 
Well, attach your monitor to the integrated video card and you'll likely get display. Enter the BIOS (tap Delete upon booting your machine) and configure your default video card to be the one using the AGP slot.

The setting is probably in a subsection of the "Advanced" tab.

i put it already in intregated video i clear the bios, i change the memory but the problem still there
 
Well, then, apparently either your video card is defective or your motherboard greatly disapproves of your selection. Try again. :D
