Infected PC - Please Help

Hi!
My Pc is infected with virus, and I can't seem to get rid of them. Is there someone that would please help me?

do you by any chance then have another computer to work on which is presumably uninfected?

If the infected PC in mention is capable of booting in from USB drives, you can run Windows Live USB edition, which McAfee Stinger and clean out the virus. Alternatively, you can use the CD method, but that just wasted an extra CD :P

If the level of the infection isn't bad, there are many free anti-viruses you can grab on the net, like Avast! or Avira AntiVir as well as older versions of bitdefender that are free. Some sites even offer virus scans and cleans on the spot if i'm not mistakened
