Minidump and sysdata.xml error

My system restarts every few minutes.
I ran memtest and it came out clean. Everest indicates my +12v is +14.23v and my -12v is +4.01v and my +5v as +5.54 and my -5v as +0.43v. Is the SMPS the cause for all this?
Help me out.

My Computer Specs:

Lenovo 3000H
512mb Ram
160GB seagate HDD
Pentium D 3.4Ghz
XP SP2 OEM.

Help me out friends.

Both your sound card drivers and McAfee's security software were cited. Try reinstalling your sound card's drivers and uninstall the McAfee software temporarily.

Those crazy voltage readings could definitely cause this, however, considering how drastic they are I wonder if Everest just isn't reading them properly. Test your PSU with a hardware multi-meter instead if it's suspected to be faulty.

Thank you Sir.

I have been having this problem two months after my computer was given to me. Its just 17 months old!

Since I am majoring in electrical and electronics I seem inclined to blame those voltage values that the SMPS puts out because a spike of 2 volts can cause lots of changes especially with the capacitors. I cannot believe that the -12v is +ve. I tried everest on my friends PC and his was okay. I'll try your suggestions and get back to you sir. Thanks a lot.

Tried out

I tried out your suggestions.

I uninstalled mcafee and started running on AVG. This is the first restart after installing AVG.
I have attached the minidump file as well as the event viewer log.
