Call of Duty Error
When I try to play Call of duty on the multi-player I get this message:
Could not download main/oase.pk3 because autodownloading is disabled on the server. Set autodownloading to No in your settings and you might be able to connect if you do have the file. How do I do this? Is this something I can fix? Someone please Help! |

The game CD? and activation code?
If so, then just re-install the game (ie un-install first - but you may lose all saved games) |

Uninstalling normally doesn't delete saved files, but if you want to be sure, find the installation directory (default should be C:\Program Files\Call of Duty), go to the folder that says "main" and move the file that says "save" somewhere else.
And I checked the main folder, oase is not in there, so I assume the file is a mod necessary for certain servers, and for some reason auto-downloading is disabled. So he would have to search for the file, then manually download it and put it into the main folder. |

Well I have already uninstalled and re-installed. I just don't know what to do. Any ideas?
