I have a problem with civ4 gold edition, after i install and run the game, everything runs smoothly, i select who i am playing as and i enter the game, as soon as it starts i realized that all the little charachters are stretched out verticaly and are VERY annoying, the game i still playable somewhat, but the graphic issue really bugs me.

has anyone else had this problem, or can anyone help me out?
like i said all the other graphics are fine, just the builders are really messed up.
Please help the new guy...

I can only suggest that you install any game patches and make sure your graphics driver is up to date. If you did either of these things already, you didn't mention it.

game resolution/screen aspect ratio isn't set right

i think i need to patch, i will try and then ill reply here and tell of progress
