Malware infected? CCleaner.bat?

Avast anti-virus program finds a couple above malware related files that can't be removed. Any suggestions?

You should of posted this as a text file not in a post, Nevermind...
I suggest you run a Search and destroy scan, if you have it. If you don't look here
