Memory stick
I plug in my memory stick into my computer but it does'nt work, do I need to download some type of software to my computer? please help.

Memory modules, if the correct size, and type, should work out of the box.
Be sure you have the right stuff by going to www.crucial.com and entering your computer brand and model, or the motherboard brand and model... for a list of what should work. Then if you install it correctly so that it is firmly seated, the motherboard BIOS and Windows should detect it and accept it automatically. |
