Referenced memory at error

Hello all, this is my first time here but I intend on helping where I can.
I need assistance with this error please "0x5a00d0e0 referenced memory at 0x7b9870ff". It keeps coming up while the pc is installing windows updates.

Recommended before loading SP3 from Windows Update:

- Disable all anti-virus, anti-spyware products.
- Uninstall any virtual CD-mounting products such as Alcohol or Daemon Tools.
- Use "msconfig" to disable 3rd-party Start-ups.
