THAT is not a hijackthis log, its a driver setup log.

I think I have it this time, and my Task manager is not working and I have all these additional files on my computer that I didn't put there. I hope someone can help me debug my computer!!

THIS entry concerns me.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Host Process] C:\Documents and Settings\cmste\svchost.exe

Can you double check this for me kimsland?



P.S: can you give us the names of the extra files on your computer?

(If theres too many, just give us the most significant ones.)

C:\Documents and Settings\cmste\svchost.exe should not exist normally.

I'd remove it
