would this be able to run crysis lag less on medium and fast for general gaming an picture editing.

because i have had issues with my system running a 3850 pro, and the screen would not turn on so i need a card which is 100% compatible with my system, i have had issues with my PSU and would my win power 600watt be able to take the strain with the rest of my system....thanks

im open to any videocard suggestions and i have a budget of £100 to spend on Card and any accessories or add ons required

Yes this upgrade should help. You don't mention what your CPU or Memory type and amount is. This could be important too
