How much memory do you have. You are using a great deal of "stuff" that takes up resources. AVG AV, AVG AS, AIM and Windows Messenger, AOL, Kaspersky?
Kaspersky and AVG together? Online Armor?
Do not see any malware.
Do you really use all that stuff?

I was told when I had problems in the past to download these things,

I use only aol IM, I have AVG installed from the past, Kaspersky is just a link I use to get the file to post here, Online Armor is also something I have from the past that was told to use to protect myself.

Not sure what to delete and what to keep to have my system protected. ?

Thanks

Kaspersky is only an activeX to run their online scanner
Online Armor is firewall
AVG is Anti-virus
AVGAS is Anti-spyware

Those should be left alone. However, if you are going to keep AVG you should upgrade to 8.0 Free.

Also why are you using IE. you should be using Firefox or Opera unless the sites you are using specifically need IE.

Edit: And both logs look clean

Please remove all the stuff you do not use, reboot, and run a new scan.
You want only one Antivirus program (because too often others conflict with each other) but it is safer to have multiple anti-spyware.
I could be wrong because I am no expert on infestations, but I see nothing about which you should worry.,

The other thing is you may want to consider uninstalling the AOL toolbar unless you are attached to it.

To do so:

Have hijackthis fix:
R3 - URLSearchHook: AOLTBSearch Class - {EA756889-2338-43DB-8F07-D1CA6FB9C90D} - C:\Program Files\AOL\AIM Toolbar 5.0\aoltb.dll
O2 - BHO: AOL Toolbar Launcher - {7C554162-8CB7-45A4-B8F4-8EA1C75885F9} - C:\Program Files\AOL\AIM Toolbar 5.0\aoltb.dll
O3 - Toolbar: AIM Toolbar - {DE9C389F-3316-41A7-809B-AA305ED9D922} - C:\Program Files\AOL\AIM Toolbar 5.0\aoltb.dll

Go to add/remove programs and uninstall:
AIM Toolbar 5.0

Then navigate to and delete this folder:
C:\Program Files\AOL\AIM Toolbar 5.0

On a side note I always have this Golden Palace Casino program that was never uysed in my Add Remove Programs and when I try to remove it it says click continue to erase in the little box it pops open, but there is nothing to click and hitting ebter does nothing, not sure if you know what I am referring to or if there is anywhere else to delete it/

You can either hit Ctrl Alt Del and end the process then delete it or

Boot into safe mode by tapping f8 before windows loads and delete it from there

You should remove anything from Add/remove that you don't need such as the casino program, but I am not sure what exactly you are referring to. try removing from safe mode as well and see if you have better luck, after uninstalling any program from add/remove you should navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the programs' folder

Remove it in Safe Mode. (Cold boot, then press the <F8> key repeatedly until it boots. It will boot slowly, and will have a very low resolution screen... but this should work to your advantage)
Then install the free RegCleaner by Juoni Viourno, or another simple registry editor, and remove all AOL and AIM traces. Then reboot.
