Task batr problem

Hello everybody, i am relying on you guys to help me out, being a real computer neanderthal i have somehow lost the use o my task bar, well not all of it, just the bit to the left of the clock. I also cannot connect to Limewire.
Yesterday i managed to remove the avg antivirus, but put it back today and since then nothing seems to work properly. Is there some way that i can go back to yesterdays settings and make things ok again?
Thank you in anticipation of your help.

Task Manager Repair: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs...ager_Reset.reg

Or System Restore: Start-->Run--> %SystemRoot%\System32\restore\rstrui.exe

Edit oh Task Bar, hang on I'll find that too...

edit:

Here it is: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs...oretaskbar.reg
