System32 gurus I need your help

Okay about a week ago, I started getting two-error popup's after startup. The first one relates to not being able to find; System32\cmiywdwv.dll the second popup says it cannot find; System32\fdropkgy.dll.
I tried googling both names and came up with nothing.

Now within the last couple of days, my computer has without any warning been rebooting itself, no ryhme or reason… just a coincidence, or related?

Also, I’m getting sporadic errors that my Kernell debugger is missing as well.

I’m thinking strongly that my Spybot S&D “blacklist” is partially to blame for these happenings…

Is there a way to just replace my System32 file altogether?
Or is there a hotfix package somewhere?

Thanks.

(I’m running an eMachine with XP Pro, Office 2000 and SP2 if asked).

System specs
You can try running a repair installation of Windows with your XP CD.
