I have search all over this board and while I can find 'the rules', I can't find any contact to report an abuse of the rules.

Can someone please direct me to the appropriate address or place?

If there is a next time, you can use the red triangular icon to the far right of the blue bar, opposite the poster's name, to report rude or otherwise bad posts.
