Windows XP Random BSOD-reboots

Note: This had to be rewritten because I got a BSOD while writing it the first time.

Before I start, here are my system specs:
AMD Sempron 3100+ ~1.8ghz
Geforce 8400 GS
1280mb DDR ram (1x 1024, 1x 256)
MSI K8N Neo8 Motherboard
550 watt PSU
Output - +3.3@30A,+5V@38A,+12@25A,-12V@0.8A,-5@0.5A,+5VSB@2A

I can be doing anything, from writing this to playing a game to letting the computer sit, and Windows will suddenly go for a blue screen of death that lasts about 1/4th of a second, followed by a reboot.
Sometimes, it reboots while the computer is starting, others, it lasts 3 hours first.
The crashes have happened to me more while doing something like browsing then playing games, but have happened with both.

I don't have any overheating problems, I have a very well vented case, and at the times of the crashes the temperature on the video card, mb, etc. is all normal.

Previous problems with pieces:
MSI K8N Neo8 Motherboard - Had a major crash on it's side, but nothing got damaged except for a Geforce 6200.
Geforce 8400 GS - Had a problem until recently where it would crash (no BSOD) my computer when doing something 3d. Problem was fixed by setting my Hyper Transports from 4k to 2k in my Bios.
This setup also had a non-random BSOD while starting Windows 2000.
This computer dual-boots with Kubuntu 7.10, which also has crashing problems.

I did a memtest with each stick individually, no problems.

Any ideas?

Edit: Attatching minidumps.

Yeah I know, 6 crashes just today and counting.

Edit: Make it 7.

Inside the 5 MiniDumps:

Probably caused by : memory_corruption

BugCheck 1000000A, {806d5784, ff, 0, 806cf09d}
Probably caused by : ntkrnlpa.exe
Looks like either:
Drivers need to be updated (from manufactures support page)
Windows Security Updates should be completed
Or it is in fact hardware related

Just search all the files in "Probably caused by" and also the bugcheck number in google

Well, I just had a BSOD while booting windows, on my way to the login screen... Don't think it is software related. I'll go try updating drivers.
Thanks for the help.
