Which Temp is true?

I have a program called Thermal Analysis Tool or TAT that monitors the temp of my Processor. Currently its displaying 54c for CPU 0 and 52 for CPU 1. Then I have another program called Intel Desktop Utilities which also monitors the temp. and it shows that my processor is only 45c. Which of the two is really true?

Probably lean towards TAT, but you might want to read here: http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic98948.html
